Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Sie unterstützen unsere Sachverständigen in allen Belangen im Bereich der chemischen Prüfungen von kosmetischen Produkten sowie Wasch-, Putz- und Reinigungsmitteln.
- ■Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen die Anlage von Auftragsvorgängen in unserem Laborinformationsmanagementsystem (LIMS) und die Vorbereitung von Kennzeichnungs- und Dokumentenprüfungen zur weiteren Bearbeitung durch die Sachverständigen.
- ■Außerdem bereiten Sie Prüfberichte zur Freigabe im LIMS vor und übernehmen die Terminkontrolle von Projekten.
- ■Sie kommunizieren auftragsbezogen mit den Laboren und unterstützen bei der Kostenkalkulation, basierend auf den festgelegten Prüfungen.
- ■Darüber hinaus erstellen Sie Prüfpläne und übermitteln diese an verschiedene interne Ansprechpartner.
- ■Schließlich unterstützen Sie die Sachverständigen eigenständig bei allen weiteren Aufgaben, um eine fachlich einwandfreie und wirtschaftliche Abwicklung der Prüfprojekte sicherzustellen.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, z.B. im Büromanagement Bereich
- ■Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen
- ■Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit
- ■Zuverlässigkeit, hohe Genauigkeit und durch eine selbständige, strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise
- ■Eigeninitiative und Interesse an den Produkten und ihrer Qualität runden ihr Profil ab
- ■Englischkenntnisse in Schrift (B1)
