Job Description
- ■Conducts written and telephone customer contact for the collection of outstanding payments and the answering of customer concerns.
- ■Clarifies causes in the event of payment arrears and non-compliance with payment agreements.
- ■Conducts dunning procedures, insolvencies and foreclosures.
- ■Corresponds with debtors, debtor representatives and lawyers.
- ■Makes decisions within the given competence framework on payment agreements.
- ■Supports coordination processes between customers, accounting and sales.
- ■Provides information on the state of play.
- ■Other duties as assigned.
Experience & Further Qualifications
- ■At least 1-3 years of professional experience in related area.
