Als Regional Marketing Specialist*in (w/m/d) hast du eine Schlüsselrolle für die Vermarktung von Seminaren und Weiterbildungen. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Bundesweiten Marketingteam zusammen und unterstützt das Team bei der Umsetzung von Seminaren. Genau Deins? Komm ins Team!
Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Du hast eine Schlüsselrolle für eine moderne und kundenzentrierte Vermarktung von Seminaren und Weiterbildungen.
- ■Du arbeitest eng mit dem Bundesweiten Marketingteam zusammen und entwickelst effektive Marketingkonzepte, um Sichtbarkeit, Conversions und Leads für die Region Nord zu generieren.
- ■Du bist verantwortlich für die ganzheitliche regionale Planung in Abstimmung mit dem bundesweiten Ansatz und den anderen Regionen, für die Umsetzung und Steuerung von 360° Kampagnen (SEO, GEO, Newsletter, Marketing Automation, Social Media etc.) sowie der dazugehörigen Contententwicklung für die Region Nord.
- ■Du setzts Marketingstandards im Seminarbereich unter Einhaltung des CDs/CIs um und kennst alle relevanten Touchpoints in der Customer Journey unserer Zielgruppe, erkennst und analysierst Insights und vernetzt Produkt-, Lösungs- und Marktwissen effizient.
- ■Du jonglierst mit Daten unserer Systeme, lieferst präzise KPI Reports als Entscheidungs- und Optimierungsgrundlage.
- ■Du unterstützt ein tolles Team bei der Umsetzung von Seminaren.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Marketer mit Allrounder-Mentalität und ausgewiesener Expertise im Online- und Content-Marketing
- ■Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im SEM, KI, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing und Webanalytics
- ■Leidenschaft für das Texten
- ■Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken und Kreativität
- ■Teamfähigkeit, Proaktivität, Flexibilität sowie Hingabe und Spaß bei allen Projekten
- ■Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
