Als Rezeptionist*in für den Seminarbereich (w/m/d) bist Du für den Empfang unserer Gäste und die Verwaltung von Seminaren verantwortlich. Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner*in für unsere Gäste und stehst ihnen bei allen Fragen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Kombination aus administrativen und operativen Aufgaben stellen keine Herausforderungen für Dich dar.

Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Du übernimmst zuverlässig Arbeiten im Spätdienst von 13:30 Uhr bis 17:30 Uhr am Empfang des Seminarzentrums.
- ■Dabei bist Du für die Betreuung der Seminargäste - auch in englischer Sprache - verantwortlich.
- ■Weiterhin gehört der Auf- und Abbau der Seminartechnik, Check-in sowie der abendliche Schließdienst zu Deinen Aufgaben.
Die Stelle ist für 2 Jahre befristet und in Teilzeit zu besetzen (20 Wochenstunden).
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Selbstständige*r Teamplayer*in
- ■Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
- ■Zeitlich flexibel einsetzbar nach Dienstplan (Bereitschaft, auch flexibel abends und an Samstagen zu arbeiten)
- ■Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- ■Freundliches, souveränes Auftreten und ein gepflegtes Äußeres
- ■Vorkenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich
