Aufgaben
- ■Sie übernehmen die operative Umsatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung Ihrer Prüfstelle unter Nutzung der zur Verfügung stehenden Informations- und Managementsysteme.
- ■Sie verantworten den ordnungsgemäßen Ablauf sowie die Einhaltung von Prozessen und kommunizierten Kennzahlen.
- ■Sie arbeiten täglich im operativen Prüfgeschäft an der Prüfstelle mit.
- ■Sie nehmen die Fürsorgepflicht des Arbeitgebers gegenüber der Mitarbeiter an der Prüfstelle sowie fachliche Führung wahr.
- ■Sie stellen die Kundenbetreuung sicher uns setzen geeignete kundenbezogene Maßnahmen um, in Abstimmung mit den, dem Gebiet zugeordneten Vertriebsmitarbeitern.
- ■Sie unterstützen die lokalen Vertriebsleiter bei der Akquise von Neukunden im direkten Umfeld der Prüfstelle und unterstützen bei der Ausrichtung von Messen, Ausstellungen und Veranstaltungen im Gebiet.
- ■Sie beobachten die Entwicklungen im Markt und beim Wettbewerb und reagieren entsprechend darauf.
Profil
- ■Qualifikation als aaSoP(mT)
- ■Mindestens dreijährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im mobilen Dienst oder an einer Prüfstelle und erste Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
- ■Betriebswirtschaftliche Grundkenntnisse
- ■Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen und Konfliktlösefähigkeit
- ■Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und hohes Engagement
- ■Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie sehr gute Akquisitionsfähigkeit
