Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als Schweißausbilder*in führst du die praktische und theoretische Aus- und Weiterbildung im Bereich Schweißen durch, Nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitung ist eine übernahme der Leitung der Schweißkursstätte möglich.
- ■Du zeigst den Teilnehmenden echte Perspektiven auf, indem du sie zum Inhalt, Umfang und dem Ziel der Ausbildung berätst.
- ■Du bist mit zuständig für die Planung und Organisation der Zusammenarbeit mit der Prüfungsorganisation zur termingerechten Überprüfung und Bewertung der Schweißprüfstücke.
- ■Als Ausbilder*in bist du mit verantwortlich für die Schweißkursstätte in Berlin Johannisthal und bereitest jährlich die internen Kursstättenaudits vor – so gestaltest du mit uns das Morgen.
- ■Du organisierst die planmäßige Wartung und periodische Überprüfung aller technischen Geräte, Maschinen, Anlagen und Ausrüstungen der Schweißkursstätte, überwachst die Sicherheit des Betriebs und gewährleistest die Durchführung entsprechender aktenkundiger Belehrungen (einschließlich Arbeitsschutz-Belehrungen).
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Schweißfachmann*frau, Schweißfachingenieur*in, Schweißwerkmeister*in oder Schweißlehrer*in in mindestens zwei Verfahren (z.B. MSG, WIG, E-Hand), Erfahrung als Schweißer*in sowie eine gültige Schweißerprüfbescheinigung
- ■Idealerweise Ausbilder*in / AEVO oder Meister*in im Metallbereich, z.B. Industriemetallmeister*in oder Metallbaumeister*in mit erster Erfahrung in der Anleitung von Auszubildenden / Schüler*innen ist
- ■Wünschenswerterweise Erfahrungen in den gängigen Prüfverfahren der Schweißtechnik und mit konventionellen Techniken der Metallverarbeitung sowie Schweißsimulatoren
- ■ Kommunikationsstark, kundenorientiert und verantwortungsvoll
- ■Gefestigtes Wissen über einschlägige Gesetze, Regeln und Normen sowie relevante Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften
- ■Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Programmen
