Als Seminarbetreuer*in bist Du Ansprechpartner*in für Teilnehmer*innen, Trainer*innen sowie externe und interne Kunden*innen.

Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Du sorgst für die Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von deutschen und internationalen Seminaren sowie digitalen Veranstaltungen.
- ■Die selbstständige Betreuung von Seminarterminen fällt in deinen Aufgabenbereich.
- ■Das Erstellen und der Versand von Veranstaltungseinladungen gehören zu deinen Verantwortlichkeiten.
- ■Du bearbeitest Anfragen von Kunden und Trainern und sorgst für eine umfassende Betreuung von Trainern und Teilnehmern bei Präsenzveranstaltungen.
- ■Du organisierst die Bestellung und den Versand von Seminarunterlagen, richtest Seminarräume ein und übernimmst die Abrechnung von Veranstaltungen und Projekten, einschließlich der Erfassung anfallender Kosten.
- ■Die organisatorische Unterstützung von Seminarmanagern gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Sichere Anwendung von MS Office-Paket sowie Vertrautheit mit Konferenztools, wie beispielsweise MS Teams oder Zoom
- ■Sicherheit im persönlichen Kundenkontakt und in der schriftlichen Kommunikation
- ■Erste Erfahrungen mit SAP bzw. Seminarmanagement-Software wünschenswert
- ■Begeisterung für eine kollegiale Zusammenarbeit im Team
- ■Englischkenntnisse mindestens auf Niveau B1 gemäß des Europäischen Referenzrahmen für Sprachen
