Als Seminarbetreuer*in bist Du Ansprechpartner*in für Teilnehmer*innen, Trainer*innen sowie externe und interne Kunden*innen.

Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als Seminarbetreuer*in nimmst du an der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Seminaren im Bereich der Firmenschulungen teil.
- ■Du unterstützt bei der bei Organisation und Beauftragung der erforderlichen Ressourcen.
- ■Du bist zuständig für die Auftrags-, Ressourcen- und Kostendokumentation und prüfst die Zulassungsvoraussetzungen.
- ■Kundenschriftverkehr und Versand von Unterlagen gehört zu deinen Aufgaben.
- ■Zudem unterstützt du bei der Durchführung von online Schulungen/ Prüfungen.
- ■Du wirkst bei dem Beschwerdemanagement, bei der Qualitätssicherung und bei der Evaluation mit.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Erfahrung im Pflege oder Gesundheitsmanagement
- ■IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS-Office und Datenbanken)
- ■Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeit
- ■Selbständige, ziel- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- ■Gute, persönliche Arbeitsorganisation, Zeitmanagement und Organisationsvermögen
- ■Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
