Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Du berätst unsere Teilnehmer*innen und Interessent*innen sowohl fachlich als auch organisatorisch hinsichtlich unserer Seminare und akquirierst eigenverantwortlich neue Kunden.
- ■Das Seminarmanagement – die Koordination der Dozenten, Termine und Veranstaltungsorte- gehört zu deinen Kernaufgaben.
- ■Du verbesserst unsere Dienstleistungen stetig, denn die Evaluation und das Beschwerdemanagement einschließlich der Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen fallen in dein Aufgabengebiet.
- ■Zusätzlich wirkst Du bei der Jahresumsatz- und Veranstaltungsplanung mit, bist für das regelmäßige Controlling der Umsätze und der Rendite der zugeordneten Produktlinien zuständig und arbeitest mit den Marketingverantwortlichen zusammen.
- ■Du arbeitest in thematischen Fachgruppen an Geschäfts- und Produktentwicklungen sowie Marketing- und Vertriebsstrategien und übernimmst bei Bedarf auch überregionale Aufgaben.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■(Fach-)Hochschulabschluss oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- ■Erfahrung in der Bildungsbranche idealerweise im Seminar- bzw. Veranstaltungsmanagement und in der Entwicklung von Bildungsprodukten sind wünschenswert
- ■Praxiserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung sowie ein hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung, unternehmerischen Denken und Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein runden dein Profil ab
- ■Beratungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz
- ■Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
