- ■In dieser globalen Rolle entwickelst du langfristige Strategien zur Talentakquise in Übereinstimmung mit den Unternehmenszielen von TÜV Rheinland, dabei konzipierst und steuerst du strategische Employer-Branding-Kampagnen inklusive der Steuerung der Agenturen und sorgst für eine zielgruppengerechte Positionierung unserer Marke.
- ■Du gestaltest mit großem Verantwortungs- und Entscheidungsspielraum moderne Talent-Attraction-Strategien, analysierst bestehende Prozesse sowie Rekrutierungstechnologien und -plattformen hinsichtlich Effizienz und Effektivität und sicherst deren fachgerechte Nutzung mit Fokus auf Kundenzufriedenheit
- ■Als globale Schnittstelle arbeitest du bereichsübergreifend mit vielen Stakeholdern zusammen, setzt interdisziplinär Projekte auf und steuerst diese eigenverantwortlich im Sinne einer übergeordneten Unternehmensstrategie
- ■Durch die Analyse von Markttrends, Candidate Experience und relevanten KPIs leitest du Optimierungspotenziale ab und entwickelst innovative Ansätze entlang der Candidate Journey.
- ■Zudem coachst du Kolleg:innen und Führungskräfte als Expert:in für Employer Branding und Talent Attraction, etablierst Best Practices und beobachtest relevante Markt- und Technologietrends.
Profil
- ■Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Human Resources oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- ■Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Talent Acquisition, Recruiting oder strategisches HR-Management
- ■Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung globaler Recruiting-Strategien
- ■Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit KPIs und datenbasierten Entscheidungsprozessen
- ■Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch (C2) und Englisch (C1) sowie sicheres Auftreten in internationalen Stakeholder-Umfeldern
- ■Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie ein souveräner Umgang mit MS Excel und PowerPoint
