Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Sie konfigurieren, betreiben und entstören sicherheitsrelevante Umgebungen bei unseren Kunden.
- ■Hierbei übernehmen Sie die Administration der Sicherheitsinfrastruktur unserer Kunden und fungieren als Ansprechpartner hinsichtlich der eingesetzten Services.
- ■Sie analysieren und beheben Fehler im Rahmen des 2nd/3rd Level Supports.
- ■Sie planen, steuern und führen Veränderungen von kritischen IT Infrastrukturen im Rahmen eines Managed Service durch.
- ■Darüber hinaus sind Sie für die Dokumentation der Änderungen in den Kundenumgebungen verantwortlich.
- ■Sie stellen gemeldete Störungen in unserer Laborumgebung eigenständig zur Lösungsfindung nach.
- ■Sie übernehmen telefonische Rufbereitschaften.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- ■Praktische Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung von komplexen Infrastrukturen und im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
- ■Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Betrieb und Entstörung in einem oder mehrere der folgenden Bereiche: Email Security, Endpoint Privilege Management, Firewalls, Remote Access, SASE, VPN, Webproxy
- ■Fundiertes Fachwissen im Bereich Netzwerktechnik
- ■Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in dem Betrieb und Entstörung in einem oder mehrerer der folgenden Hersteller: Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Proofpoint, F5, Ivanti/Mobilelron
- ■Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sind notwendig
