Als Senior Projektmanager*in bist du verantwortlich für die Leitung komplexer Projekte, einschließlich der Klärung von Projektzielen, der Planung und Koordination von Ressourcen, der Sicherstellung der Qualität und der Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen, während du auch die Dokumentation und den Informationsfluss zwischen allen Projektbeteiligten überwachst.

Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als Senior Projektmanager*in bist du verantwortlich für die Bearbeitung komplexer und langfristiger Projekte.
- ■Du klärst die Projektziele und -umfänge in Absprache mit allen Beteiligten und leitest die Planung sowie das Stakeholder-Management.
- ■Zudem entwickelst du einen detaillierten Projektplan, identifizierst erforderliche Arbeitspakete und Meilensteine für die erfolgreiche Projektdurchführung.
- ■Die Qualität der Projektergebnisse in Bezug auf technische Standards, Zuverlässigkeit, Zeitpläne und Kosten werden von dir sichergestellt.
- ■Zusätzlich organisierst du regelmäßige Meetings, pflegst Kundenbeziehungen und sorgst für eine qualitativ hochwertige Dokumentation im Projektcontrolling.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung
- ■5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement
- ■Praktische Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement (agil / klassisch) werden vorausgesetzt wie z.B. PMI, Scrum
- ■Präsentations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten auf Top-Management-Ebene
- ■Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Dienstleistern
- ■Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
