Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■In deiner Position begleitest, unterstützt und aktivierst du erwerblose Erwachsene oder Jugendliche mit Fokus auf berufliche Qualifizierung und Weiterbildung. Das Ziel ist klar: eine dauerhafte berufliche Eingliederung.
- ■Du führst Coachings und Beratungen mit sozialintegrativen Ansätzen durch, um individuelle Hemmnisse zu beseitigen.
- ■Du führst Unterricht und Gruppenaktivitäten zu verschiedenen Themenfeldern durch.
- ■Du arbeitest mit den Teilnehmenden, deren Arbeitsvermittlern und dem Netzwerk an Hilfsangeboten und lokalen Unternehmen zusammen.
- ■Du dokumentierst Anwesenheiten, Beratungsgespräche und Aktivierungspläne.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Studium der Sozialpädagogik / Pädagogik / Lehramt oder verwandte Themenfelder mit Bachelor, Master oder Diplom-Abschluss
- ■Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, eine Fachschulausbildung oder eine Meisterausbildung beziehungsweise Fachwirtausbildung, gerne im Bereich Sozialpädagogik / Pädagogik / Lehramt sowie pädagogische Erfahrung im Bereich der Bildung, der Arbeitsvermittlung oder Sozialpädagogik
- ■Erste Berufserfahrung und Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit öffentlichen Fördermittelgebern (Arbeitsagenturen / Jobcentern, unter anderem)
- ■Motivationsfähigkeit, Kontaktfreude, Kreativität und Teamfähigkeit
- ■Zwingend erforderlich ist die Vorlage eines erweiterten Führungszeugnisses
- ■Sprachkenntnisse in Türkisch, Russisch oder Arabisch sind von Vorteil
