Als Sozialpädagog*in im Bereich Arbeitsmarktdienstleistungen spielst du eine wichtige Rolle bei der Unterstützung von Menschen, die auf der Suche nach Arbeit sind, indem du soziale und pädagogische Ansätze nutzt, um nachhaltig etwas zu bewirken. Deine Tätigkeit erfordert ein tiefes Verständnis für die individuellen Bedürfnisse und Herausforderungen der Arbeitssuchenden. Genau Deins? Komm ins Team!
Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■In deiner Position bietest du unseren Teilnehmenden individuelle Hilfestellung bei Problemlagen durch Beratung und Verhaltenstraining.
- ■Du führst sie an das Ausbildungs- und Beschäftigungssystem heran und ermöglichst eine Eingliederung durch individuelle Sozial- und Netzwerkarbeit.
- ■Du erarbeitest Förderpläne, triffst mit den Teilnehmenden Zielvereinbarungen und bist für deren Überwachung sowie die Dokumentation der Entwicklungsprozesse verantwortlich.
- ■Mit Institutionen und öffentlichen Einrichtungen arbeitest du eng zusammen, um unsere Teilnehmenden in betriebliche Erprobungen oder in ein Arbeitsverhältnis o.ä. zu begleiten und zu vermitteln.
- ■Du arbeitest mit Bezugspersonen, Lehrkräften und Arbeitsvermittler*innen zusammen – Denn das Wir ist dir wichtig.
Die Stelle ist in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (min. 35 Wochenstunden) zu besetzten.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialpädagogik, der sozialen Arbeit oder der Sonderpädagogik
- ■Alternativ abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/m staatlich anerkannten Erzieher*in, Erzieher-Jugend-/Heimerziehung, Heilerziehungspfleger*in mit einschlägiger Zusatzqualifikation und staatlich anerkannte Arbeitserzieher*innen
- ■Einfühlungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie selbständiges Arbeiten
- ■Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit zu partnerschaftlicher, konstruktiver Elternarbeit
- ■Freude an der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen
- ■Zwingend erforderlich ist die Vorlage eines erweiterten Führungszeugnisses
