Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Sie unterstützen das Corporate Communications Team bei der Pressearbeit: Versand der Presseinformationen, Erfassen und Einstellen von Presseinformationen und internen News in CMS-Systemen, Verteilererstellung nach Themen, Erstellung und Pflege von Content (Intranet, Social-Media-Kanäle), Redigieren von Texte.
- ■Sie übernehmen Fotorecherchen, Fotobearbeitung und –montagen.
- ■Sie erstellen Fotos und Videos: selbstständiges Planen der Settings, Support bei den Shootings oder Videoproduktionen/ Bearbeitung der Videos und Fotos.
- ■Sie führen anlassbezogene Medienmonitorings auf Basis unserer Clipping-Tools durch, sie erstellen Reports.
- ■Sie unterstützen bei der Recherche und redaktionellen Aufbereitung von Themen für die interne und externe Kommunikation des Konzerns sowie unterstützen Sie im Community Management auf Facebook und Instagram.
- ■Sie unterstützen bei Kommunikations- und Marketing-Kampagnen sowie Events und pflegen Informationen in Excel-Listen für weitere Verwendungen und Analysen.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Eingeschriebene*r Student*in
- ■Gute MS Office Kenntnisse, sowie Adobe Photoshop und Premiere-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- ■Kenntnisse in Monitoring-Tools (Talkwalker, Ubermetrics) wünschenswert
- ■Erste Erfahrung in der Videoproduktion und im journalistischen Schreiben
- ■Englisch-Kenntnisse (C-Level)
- ■Analytische Fähigkeiten
