Zusammenfassung
Sie werden Teil des TÜV Rheinland Business Stream „Products“ Global Sustainability Teams für Deutschland und verantwortlich für die Entwicklung von Nachhaltigkeitsaktivitäten für verschiedene Produktkategorien (z.B. Textilien, Hartwaren, Elektro-, Solar- und Gewerbeprodukte, medizinische Geräte) sein, um die Bedürfnisse der TÜV Rheinland Kunden regional und global zu adressieren.
Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Die Geschäftsentwicklung rund um nachhaltige TR-Dienstleistungen für Materialien, Produkte und Verpackungen für eine Vielzahl von Branchen in Deutschland unterstützen Sie mit Ihrer Expertise im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit.
- ■Als Nachhaltigkeitsexpert*in tragen Sie zu den Bemühungen der Vertriebsteams bei, das Geschäft mit Nachhaltigkeitsdienstleistungen auszubauen.
- ■Sie unterstützen die globale Entwicklung neuer Dienstleistungen rund um nachhaltige Materialien, Produkte und Verpackungen, wie z.B. PCF-Prüfungen, Produkt-LCA’s, EPD’s, ESPR/Digitaler Produktpass, EU Green Deal (R-Strategien) und mehr.
- ■Sie leiten oder unterstützen die Projektabwicklung von Nachhaltigkeitsdienstleistungen für z.B. PCF-Berechnungen und -überprüfungen.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Leidenschaft für das Thema Nachhaltigkeit mit umfassenden Kenntnissen über ESG-Trends
- ■Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Nachhaltigkeitsberatung, Geschäftsentwicklung oder in der Leitung des Nachhaltigkeitsprogramms eines Unternehmens – idealerweise aus der verarbeitenden Industrie für Elektro-, Elektronik-, Solar- oder Handelsprodukte oder medizinische Geräte
- ■Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Implementierung eines digitalen Tools/einer IT-Plattform in Bezug auf die Transparenz und die Rückverfolgbarkeit entlang globaler Lieferketten sowie in der Arbeit mit fachbezogenen digitalen Daten
- ■Kundenorientierung und nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, die Nachhaltigkeitsherausforderungen der Kunden schnell einzuschätzen und zu verstehen und entsprechend anwendbare technische Lösungen anzubieten
- ■Erfahrungen mit für Nachhaltigkeit relevante Fachkreise und Gremienarbeit
- ■Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch in allen Formen, einschließlich schriftlich, in Präsentationen und in der Öffentlichkeit, für den Umgang mit Kunden, Nichtregierungsorganisationen, Industriegruppen und internen Teams
