Technical Team Leader | Customized Solutions - Sustainability / ESG

Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Team Leader, responsible for service portfolio development, team coordination, and business performance.

This role will play a key part in defining and promoting auditing and consulting solutions, while ensuring service quality, compliance with applicable standards, and alignment with the company’s strategy. The ideal candidate has solid experience in auditing and consulting services, preferably in the ESG/CSR field, as well as technical expertise in sustainability, GHG accounting, ISO standards, and/or supply chain and social compliance audits.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Local Business Field Manager to strengthen local operational resources and partnerships that support service delivery. He/She will collaborate with both Regional and Local stakeholders to drive commercial activities, support business growth, and expand client opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the team, ensuring effective organization of activities and achievement of targets, and so ensure the implementation of the company and business strategy within the area of responsibility.
  • Manage and develop the service portfolio, monitoring its evolution in line with market needs, trends, and regulatory updates.
  • Support the launch and local adaptation of new products and solutions.
  • Contribute to business growth by promoting services to both new and existing clients, managing commercial negotiations, and monitoring costs, margins, and profitability.
  • Develop and strengthen the network of partners and resources required for service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with delivery timelines, quality standards, and any applicable accreditation requirements.
  • Foster synergies and cross-functional collaboration with other business areas.

Skills and Experience

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in auditing and consulting services, preferably in the ESG/CSR area.
  • Technical knowledge in sustainability, with familiarity with standards and frameworks such as GHG Accounting, ISO 14064, GHG Protocol, ISO 14067, ISO 14040/44.
  • Knowledge of supply chain audit / social compliance standards such as SA8000, SMETA, and BSCI.
  • Experience in business development, portfolio management, and service development.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
