Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst Marktanalysen durch und identifizierst passende Lieferanten für technische Produkte und Baudienstleistungen.
  • Du erstellst Ausschreibungen, begleitest die Auswahlprozesse und steuerst Vertragsverhandlungen.
  • Du schließt Verträge ab und stellst die Einhaltung kaufmännischer und rechtlicher Standards sicher.
  • Außerdem pflegst und entwickelst du bestehende Lieferantenbeziehungen strategisch weiter.
  • Letztlich arbeitest du eng mit internen Bedarfsträgern zusammen und koordinierst die Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen.

Dein Profil

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im technischen Einkauf, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen im Baueinkauf (VOB, HOAI)
  • Fundierte Anwendungserfahrung mit Einkaufssoftware (z. B. Ariba) und sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Erfahrung
  • Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) sind von Vorteil
