Trainer

Job Description

  • Develop and deliver training programs on ISO management systems including ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety), and ISO 50001 (Energy).
  • Conduct workshops and practical sessions to enhance participants' understanding and application of ISO standards.
  • Provide consulting and support to clients on the implementation and maintenance of ISO management systems.
  • Develop training materials and resources that are up-to-date with the latest ISO standards and industry best practices.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.
  • Support sustainability initiatives and integrate sustainable practices into training programs.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in ISO management systems and sustainability.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of support plans or activation measures where appropriate.
  • Documents times of absence and behavioural problems and takes according measures.
  • Carries out organisational tasks in the planning, preparation and implementation of internships as well as internship visits and supervision.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience & Further Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Quality Management, Sustainability, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or related standards.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training or consulting on ISO management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability practices and principles, including Greenhouse Gas (GHG) management, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria, and EcoVadis sustainability ratings.
  • Experience with sustainability reporting frameworks such as GRI, CDP, or SASB.
  • Understanding of corporate sustainability strategies and practices.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle assessment (LCA) and environmental impact assessment (EIA).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop engaging and effective training materials.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
