Dein Aufgabenbereich
- ■Als Trainer*in Schwerpunkt Elektro (w/m/d) bist du schwerpunktmäßig für die Durchführung von Trainings in der Erwachsenenbildung zuständig sowie Actor für WebBasedTrainings (WBTs).
- ■Du erstellst die Konzeption von Firmenveranstaltungen sowie Handouts und Skripte.
- ■Außerdem wirkst du bei der Aktualisierung unseres Produktportfolios sowie Ausarbeitung neuer Seminare mit und unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung neuer Lernformen. (Lernvideos, Training on Demand, Virtual Classroom, Blogs etc.).
- ■Bei der Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen, Kundenevents, Messen o. Ä., bist du, neben dem Halten von Vorträgen, als fachliche/r Ansprechpartner*in für den internen Informationsaustausch mit der jeweiligen Business Line verantwortlich.

- ■Regelmäßige Feedback Gespräche mit deiner Führungskraft
- ■Teilnahme an “Train the Trainer” Weiterbildung
Dein Profil
- ■Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Segment Elektro (Gesellenprüfung) oder abgeschlossenes Ingenieursstudium (BA/MA), Meister, Techniker im Bereich Elektrotechnik
- ■Erfahrungen im Bereich Training und aktuelles Wissen aus der Praxis werden vorausgesetzt
- ■Ausbildereignungsschein
- ■Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein Klasse B
