Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Als Trainer*in Schwerpunkt Elektro (w/m/d) bist du schwerpunktmäßig für die Durchführung von Trainings in der Erwachsenenbildung zuständig sowie Actor für WebBasedTrainings (WBTs).
  • Du erstellst die Konzeption von Firmenveranstaltungen sowie Handouts und Skripte.
  • Außerdem wirkst du bei der Aktualisierung unseres Produktportfolios sowie Ausarbeitung neuer Seminare mit und unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung neuer Lernformen. (Lernvideos, Training on Demand, Virtual Classroom, Blogs etc.).
  • Bei der Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen, Kundenevents, Messen o. Ä., bist du, neben dem Halten von Vorträgen, als fachliche/r Ansprechpartner*in für den internen Informationsaustausch mit der jeweiligen Business Line verantwortlich.

  • Umfangreicher Einarbeitungsplan und empathische Einarbeitung durch eine/n erfahrene/n Elektro-Trainer*in unserer Akademie
  • Regelmäßige Feedback Gespräche mit deiner Führungskraft
  • Teilnahme an “Train the Trainer” Weiterbildung

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Segment Elektro (Gesellenprüfung) oder abgeschlossenes Ingenieursstudium (BA/MA), Meister, Techniker im Bereich Elektrotechnik
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Training und aktuelles Wissen aus der Praxis werden vorausgesetzt
  • Ausbildereignungsschein
  • Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein Klasse B
