Aufgaben

  • Als Vertriebsleiter*in sind Sie verantwortlich für das Erreichen und Überwachen der Verkaufsziele sowie der wichtigsten Leistungsindikatoren (KPIs) für die Region Deutschland.
  • Sie schulen und motivieren Ihr Vertriebsteam und tragen aktiv zur Leistungssteigerung bei.
  • In dieser Rolle entwickeln Sie eine umfassende Vertriebsstrategie durch die Festlegung von Zielen, die Identifizierung von Verkaufschancen und deren nahtlose Integration in den übergreifenden Plan.
  • Darüber hinaus fördern Sie die Zusammenarbeit zwischen verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen und optimieren die Struktur des Vertriebsteams, um Synergien zu maximieren.
  • Sie führen unternehmens- und geschäftsspezifische Aktivitäten und Ziele an und setzen einen proaktiven und ergebnisorientierten Ansatz um.
  • Sie verfügen über ein tiefes Verständnis der Qualitätsanforderungen im medizinischen Bereich und sind vertraut mit den MDR/IVDR-Vorschriften.

Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebs- oder Volkswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Vertrieb oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz in der Medizinproduktebranche mit Schwerpunkt auf IVD oder Biotechnologie
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse in Produktentwicklung, -herstellung und -prüfung für die Produktfreigabe in der Medizintechnikbranche
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der elektrischen oder mechanischen Entwicklung oder Produktionsprüfung sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in Vertriebsplanung, Pipeline-Management und Identifizierung von Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
  • Hervorragende Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, unter verschiedenen Umständen fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen
