Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Sie sind Ansprechpartner/in für Kunden, Partner und Mitarbeitende und übernehmen die organisatorische Führung der Mitarbeitenden im Partnerservice der Region.
- ■Sie sind für die eigenständige Priorisierung von Partneranfragen und -anforderungen sowie deren Delegation an die Mitarbeitenden im Partnerservice zuständig und stellen die termingerechte und prozesskonforme Umsetzung sicher.
- ■Die selbstständige Klärung von auftretenden Fragen und Problemen von Partnern im eigenen Fachbereich im Rahmen von Standardprozessen sowie die Entwicklung von Lösungsansätzen bei Fragestellungen und Problemen außerhalb der verfügbaren Standards und deren Weiterleitung an die zuständigen internen Ansprechpartner gehören ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben.
- ■Sie erkennen Handlungsbedarf in Bezug auf Prozesse und Abläufe im eigenen Bereich und an Schnittstellen und entwickeln sowie adressieren entsprechende Lösungsansätze.
- ■Die Bearbeitung und Kontrolle von Buchungs- und Zahlungsvorgängen runden Ihr Profil ab.
- ■Zudem sind Sie verantwortlich für die ordnungsgemäße Kassenführung.
- ■Sie unterstützen die Regionalleitung Franchise bei internen Audits, verantworten und kontrollieren die Inventuren. Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie bei der Planung, Verwaltung und Kontrolle von Investitions- und Verbrauchsbudgets.
- ■Überdies liegt die Durchführung des On- und Offboardings von Partnern, einschließlich der Bereitstellung der Ausstattung und der Sicherstellung der fachlichen Einarbeitung in Abstimmung mit den internen Bereichen, in Ihrer Verantwortung.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- ■Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- ■Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (Schriftlich und mündlich)
- ■Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Microsoft Office und Grundkenntnisse in SAP
- ■Erfahrung in der Mitarbeit in Projekten
- ■Hohe Serviceorientierung und Organisationskompetenz
- ■Gute Kommunikations- und Konfliktlösefähigkeiten sowie Empathie, diplomatisches Geschick und Durchsetzungsstärke
