Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und betreuen diese kompetent sowie serviceorientiert.
- ■Sie übernehmen die Nachbearbeitung von Leistungsnachweisen in SAP und verwalten Kundenkonten sowie Abrechnungsinformationen.
- ■Sie erstellen SD-Rechnungen, bearbeiten Rechnungsreklamationen und überwachen offene Posten inklusive Mahnverfahren.
- ■Das Commercial Order Processing und die Reproduktion von Prüfberichten gehören ebenfalls zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich.
- ■Sie unterstützen den Leiter Administration und übernehmen organisatorische sowie administrative Aufgaben.
- ■Ihr Beitrag sorgt für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Team und hohe Kundenzufriedenheit.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich
- ■Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zu einer strukturierten und genauen Arbeitsweise
- ■Hohes Organisationstalent sowie eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
- ■Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden und Kollegen
- ■Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie sichere Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP wären wünschenswert
- ■Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
