Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Unterstützung bei der prozessualen Umsetzung von Auditverfahren, z. B. Datenpflege, Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Zertifikaten sowie Vollständigkeitskontrollen der Auditdokumentation.
- ■Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Audits, inklusive der Überprüfung der Dokumente auf Vollständigkeit.
- ■Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung unserer Kundentickets.
- ■Mitarbeit in diversen Projekten rund um das Thema Quality Management und Zertifizierungen.
- ■Selbstständige Organisation der Arbeitsaufgaben und genügend Flexibilität bei der Zeiteinteilung, um sie optimal in deinen Studienplan zu integrieren
- ■Unterstützung des Teams bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben, wie z. B. der Pflege von Daten oder der Organisation von Dokumenten.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Student*in im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Business Administration oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- ■Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich).
- ■Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Outlook, Teams und Excel.
- ■Erfahrung im Umgang mit Managementsystemen (z. B. ISO 9001) ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
- ■Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Audit, Qualitätsmanagement oder Zertifizierungen.
- ■Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Organisationsfähigkeit und eine ausgeprägte Hands-On-Mentalität.
