Zusammenfassung
Unterstützung der Abteilung Corporate Digital M&C bei administrativen, organisatorischen und technischen Aufgaben, insbesondere in den Bereichen Content Management und Controlling.
Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Sie kontrollieren und bereiten Datenexporte auf und führen Transaktionen in SAP durch.
- ■Sie analysieren Kennzahlen und erstellen aussagekräftige Reports.
- ■Sie pflegen und entwickeln die zentralen Webseiten von TÜV Rheinland weiter, mit einem besonderen Fokus auf modernes und ansprechendes Webdesign.
- ■Sie erstellen überzeugende, kreative und zielgruppenorientierte Webseiten mithilfe unseres Content-Management-Systems und integrieren dabei Text, Grafiken, Videos sowie interaktive Elemente.
- ■Sie integrieren neue Module und Funktionen, um die Webseiten interaktiv und attraktiv zu gestalten.
- ■Sie überarbeiten die Inhalte unserer Webseiten nach SEO-Kriterien, um deren Sichtbarkeit und Auffindbarkeit zu verbessern.
- ■Sie sorgen für die Qualität der Leistungserbringung und sichern die Zufriedenheit unserer internen Kunden.
- ■Sie arbeiten eng mit internationalen Teams wie den Geschäftsbereichen, dem Marketing, der IT sowie externen Dienstleistern und Agenturen zusammen.
- ■Sie beteiligen sich an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten des Digital Marketing & Communications Teams.
- ■Sie unterstützen das Daily Business und bearbeiten Ad-hoc-Aufgaben.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Webdesign, Medienwissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- ■Erfahrung im Umgang mit Web-Content-Management Systemen von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
- ■Erfahrung im Umgang mit Design-Systemen, wie figma, von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
- ■Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, Beratungsfähigkeit und soziale Kompetenz
- ■Auge für Design, Details und Qualität
- ■Kreativität, idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Bildbearbeitung
- ■Selbstständige, verantwortungsvolle, proaktive und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
- ■Grundlegendes technisches Verständnis und Interesse
- ■Zahlenaffinität und analytisches Denkvermögen
- ■Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
