Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als Werkstudent*in im Einkauf unterstützen Sie den Rollout und die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Einkaufssystemen.
- ■Sie unterstützen interne User sowie Lieferanten bei der Nutzung unserer Einkaufssysteme und stehen mit diesen in direktem Kontakt.
- ■Der Umgang mit eProcurement Tools gehört hierbei zu Ihren täglichen Aufgaben (SAP/MM, SAP/ARIBA, SAP/Supplier Life Cycle, SAP Risk Management, SAP Contract Management, SAP/BI etc.).
- ■Sie erstellen Analysen im Rahmen der Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung der Einkaufssysteme.
- ■Sie unterstützen bei sonstigen administrativen Aufgaben.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Eingeschriebener Student*in der BWL/Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbares
- ■Gute PC Kenntnisse (MS Office) und IT Affinität (keine Erfahrung notwendig, jedoch Interesse an SAP Einkaufssystemen)
- ■Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- ■Freude am Telefonieren und am Kundenkontakt
- ■Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
