Job Description
- ■Administrative order management: scan, storage and upload documents including AF, Quotation, confirmed quotation…to the Compass system
- ■Tracking of quotation, order and report status (support for role Coordinator Support).
- ■Create Project/Service/Quotation and order number
- ■Create Annex of DCL quotation. Cross check DCL monthly quotation
- ■Arrange to pick up sample
- ■Transfer order information to account Dept for billing
- ■Input and maintain the database of assigned files.
Work Experience
- ■At least 01-year experience in administrative / coordination role and/or projects-related role.
- ■Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential and dealing with high-person people.
- ■Basic knowledge of ISO requirements procedures.
- ■Good command of written English, MS office.
