Job Responsibilities
- ■Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive growth.
- ■Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- ■Collaborate with laboratory and technical teams to align service offerings with client needs.
- ■Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- ■Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to promote services.
- ■Contribute to annual business planning, market trend analysis, and target setting.
- ■Support marketing and sales activities; provide training to external clients when required.
- ■Assist the Business Line in achieving overall business unit objectives.
Job Requirements
- ■Bachelor's degree in Science (Chemistry, Material Science, or related discipline).
- ■Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial laboratory or testing services industry.
- ■Familiarity with global chemical regulations (EU, Germany, US); knowledge of food contact material requirements is an advantage.
- ■Fluent in English and Mandarin; additional languages are a strong asset.
- ■Result-oriented, confident, and technically competent with strong business acumen.
- ■Excellent communication skills; self-motivated, team-oriented, and customer-focused.
- ■Ability to provide solutions and deliver service excellence.
- ■Experience in sustainability topics is a strong plus.

- Medical: Comprehensive testing and certification for medical devices, from diagnostic equipment to implants, including regulatory consulting.
