Junior Master Data Specialist with German (w/m/d)
Workplace: Katowice
WHAT TASKS CAN YOU EXPECT?
- ■Handling Master Data creation and modification requests from TÜV Rheinland Group world-wide
- ■Current Maintenance of Master Data related to Business Partners including Customer, Vendors and Contact Persons
- ■Support and guide Master Data requestors (internal customers) ensuring a smooth and efficient application process
- ■Ensure Master Data overall quality through systematic data cleansing program
- ■Deliver the service according to the agreed SLAs regarding timeliness and quality
- ■Provide relevant Master Data reports as required and according to the authorization schedules
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES SHOULD YOU HAVE?
- ■Very good command of English and German (min. B1/B2)
- ■University graduate with at least one year working experience
- ■Thorough, conscientious, attentive to detail
- ■Some analytical skills will be an advantage
- ■Structured in thinking and communication, used to working with formalised processes
- ■Good balance of individual contribution and team working habits

- ■We offer a replacement contract of appx 15 months with the possibility of extension
