Job Description
- ■Oversees the activities at the reception and the mail room.
- ■Purchases office supplies and equipment and other goods as needed and manages the budget.
- ■Makes travel arrangements.
- ■Acts as the first point of contact for internal facilities issues and manages the resolution.
- ■Oversees and agrees contracts with providers for services such as cleaning, security, catering etc.
- ■And other duties as assigned.
Work Experience
- ■At least 1-3 years of professional experience in related area.
