SAP SF EC Lead role & responsibilities
SAP SF EC Core Competencies - Preferably Certified in SuccessFactors EC
Should have done at least one 2 implementation and 2 support projects in both SuccessFactors Succession and have hands-on experience on below modules -
• Data Models:
• Associations
• Configuration and usages of Business Rules
• Event Reason Derivations Rules configurations and trigger setups for Events
• Workflow Derivation Rules
• Managing RBPs (Role Based Permissions configurations and implementations)
• Import Employees Data
• Manage Mass changes
• HRIS Sync Jobs
• Employee Profile
• Org Chart Structure
• Position Management and Position Org Chart
• Reporting
• SAP CPI expertise
• Sap SF Implementation & Application Maintenance Experience: Experience in business requirement discussion and study with the client to document the AS IS and WOULD BE Business Blueprint (BBP) including user authorization requirement, data sources and report requirement. Configuration and customization of the module as per BBP.
• EC Implementation and Data Migration experience
• Migration tools and Supporting for EC module
• Demonstration of the configured system to core team users.
• Training users and designing the User Acceptance Test scenarios, Conducting UAT and obtaining approval, Master Data collection and purification.
• Transport of final configuration to production server.
• Upload master data, cut over / Go Live and post go-live support.
