Descripción del puesto
Puesto de trabajo on site en casa del cliente final, en el que sus principales funciones serán:
- ■Revisar el estado de las instalaciones de los distintos edificios
- ■Comprobar el correcto cumplimiento del mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo
- ■Comprobar la correcta ejecución de los distintos servicios según pliego de condiciones
- ■Medición de los indicadores contractuales de servicios
- ■Validación de presupuestos

Requisitos
Requisitos
Formación técnica de Ingeniería o Arquitectura y formación adicional en:
- ■Instalaciones Eléctricas
- ■Instalaciones de Climatización
- ■Gestión de Obras
- ■Mantenimiento de instalaciones
- ■Normativa de Industria aplicable a Instalaciones.
Experiencia mínima de 2 años.
- ■Mantenimiento de Instalaciones.
- ■Auditorías de cumplimientos contractuales de mantenimientos y servicios.
- ■Ejecución de obras y nuevas instalaciones en edificios.
- ■Gestión y supervisión de contratos de servicios con ANS
