岗位职责:
As the main contact for customers, we have an in-depth understanding of customer needs and provide relative services.

Responsible for the formulation and execution of sales targets.
负责销售目标的制定与执行。
Develop and approach potential customers with existing services for building products industry.
基于现有服务,开发并接洽建筑产品行业的潜在客户。
Develop and implement sales strategies for target industries, e.g., floorings, windows & doors, coatings, curtain walls, hardware, finishes, wood panels, etc.
针对目标行业制定并实施销售策略,例如地板、门窗、涂料、幕墙、五金、饰面材料、木质板材等行业。
Coordinate external and internal resources, e.g., partner labs, other business fields within TÜV Rheinland, to deliver the project and meet the customer’s requirements.
协调内外部资源,例如合作实验室、TÜV Rheinland 内部其他业务领域等,以交付项目并满足客户需求。
Organize and arrange necessary marketing events such as seminar, certificate awarding ceremony, etc.
组织并安排必要的市场活动,例如研讨会、证书颁发仪式等。
Job Requirements:
任职要求:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in engineering, technology, business or related field are preferred.
本科及以上学历,工程、技术、商务或相关专业背景优先。
Enough knowledge of construction industry including but not limited to building products, engineering project, real estate maintenance and operation.
具备建筑行业相关知识,包括但不限于建筑产品、工程项目、房地产维护与运营等领域。
Relevant working experience in peer companies are preferred.
具有同行业公司相关工作经验者优先。
Strong business development capabilities with high self-motivated mentality are preferred.
具备较强的业务拓展能力和高度自我驱动力者优先。
Teamwork spirity is essential.
具备团队合作精神。
