Job Descriptions：

1. Resolve employees' daily computer software and hardware issues (e.g., system installation, network faults, peripheral debugging, etc.)

2. Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of office equipment such as printers and projectors.

Job Requirements：

1.Computer, Automation, or related majors; junior-year undergraduate students or above.

计算机或者自动 化相关专业大三及以上在读学生

2. Strong communication skills, able to clearly understand user needs and provide solutions

沟通能力强，能清晰理解用户需求并提供解决方案

3. Strong sense of responsibility with good service awareness and team spirit

4. Excellent document writing ability, capable of creating concise and easy-to-understand training materials

5. Relevant internship experience in IT operation & maintenance or technical support, or related club activities experience is preferred

有 IT 运维、技术支持实习或社团活动经验者优先

6. Familiar with scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell is preferred
