Job Description

  • Comply and ensure the implementation of company and customers’ QHSE policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for bringing customer and clients in bring the valuable revenue for the company.
  • Conducting site visits, main offices and related key staff in the organization which can influence the business like HSE Advisors, Engineers, Managers or other related dept. like procurement and purchase in some cases Human resource representative or manager if required as per the organization structure
  • Keeping the record of market main customers and our contacts for easy communications.
  • Increasing the monthly and yearly revenue targets sets by management.
  • Helping the administrator or coordinator for delivery, issuance of certificate, invoicing, PO's etc.
  • Conducting visits to obtain PO's Work orders, or checks etc.
  • Should be able to transport, demonstrate and use various safety equipment including but not limited to SCBA, first aid kit,firefighting equipment's, and personal protective equipment including chemical protective suits, boots, and gloves
  • Follow the instructions from line manager and top management.
  • Following the basic rules and regulation of the local client, sector regulatory authorities and governmental organizations.
  • Maintaining records of training and making available for any internal or external audit for compliance or certification process.Participating in MRM or general departmental meetings and helping to improve the system.
  • Suggesting management for development and improvement in system or increase in revenue.
  • Meets and exceeds sales targets: generation of order income and revenue from new and existing large and medium customers as defined in the sales plan.
  • Develops and maintains a customer focus list (together with Area Sales Manager) by proposing focus customers and business opportunities based on marketing leads, own opportunities, certificate expiry lists, market knowledge etc.
  • Identifies solutions for customer needs, if necessary with the involvement of Subject Matter Experts.
  • Generates new leads (e.g. on fairs) and converts assigned sales leads generated by e.g. marketing or other channels.
  • Executes customer visits and / or visits of industry events.
  • Acquires new customers.
  • Maintains / grows customer loyalty and ring-fences critical business through regular customer interaction and visits.
  • Maintains positive relationships with existing customers to up-sell the service portfolio.
  • Recovers lost customers.
  • Documents all activities in the relevant TR IT tools (e.g. Salesforce.com).

Experience & Further Qualifications

  • At least 5 years' experience in HSE Training sales and marketing background, especially for Construction sites, Oil and Gas industrial sites and plants, or manufacturing industrial areas, with good computer literacy.
  • Familiar with local market business, opportunities, forthcoming projects, trends, local rules and regulations, HSE training procedures, COP's organizational structures, requirements of HSE Training and certification.
  • Must have well communication skills to communicate with different customers and different Nationalities work force. Bilingual or Multilingual is an optional advantageGood knowledge in English (B1 Intermediate), fluent in area language, further language welcome but not required.
  • User knowledge in MS Office, Salesforce.com.
  • Proven track record in sales.
  • Consultative Sales: Pronounced technical comprehension in the field / related area.
  • Pronounced ability for self-motivation.
  • Ability to meet deadlines without supervision.
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills.
  • Time management and prioritization skills.
