Job Highlights
- ■Provide internal support to the sales team in managing administrative tasks and sales processes
- ■Assist with creating and processing internal sales documents
- ■Maintain and update internal databases and records
- ■Support with financial tasks, including handling outstanding invoices and tracking payments
Job Responsibilities
- ■Collaborate with the sales team to create and process internal sales documents, such as sales orders, sales contracts, and purchase orders
- ■Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales documents, including pricing, quantities, and product details
- ■Maintain and update internal databases and records, including client information, sales activities, and order status
- ■Assist in tracking and managing outstanding invoices, monitor payment status, and follow up as needed
- ■Generate internal sales reports and provide analysis to support decision-making
- ■Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and organizing sales-related documentation
Job Requirements
- ■High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or administration is a plus
- ■Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- ■Excellent organizational and time management skills for effective task prioritization
- ■Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, to create and maintain sales documents and reports
- ■Basic knowledge of finance and accounting principles to handle outstanding invoices
- ■Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team
- ■Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks within deadlines
- ■Problem-solving skills to address internal inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- ■Able to work at least 3 days per week (Mon-Fri)
