Job Summary
The successful candidate will work to enhance efficiency and consistency within the Secretarial / Admin Team and will play a pivotal role in supporting TRIS Operations Manager & extended Management Team and also ensuring that processes and practices are aligned and consistently followed across the business.
Office Location: Boaz House, Massey Road, Teesdale Business Park, Stockton-on-Tees, TS17 6BH

Job Description
- ■Secretarial / PA Support: to TRIS Operations Manager
- ■Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support for Daily Office Tasks to build up a knowledge base of support and how it helps tomakes the business thrive.
- ■SharePoint Management: Maintain and update SharePoint sites consistent with TRIS Management Team
- ■Document Management: Format documents for consistency and professionalism.
- ■Collaboration: Build strong relationships with members of the Admin and Support Team and TRIS Management Team as well as Operations Team Leads and Engineers / Consultants alike - Work with the North West Office to provide cohesive support.
- ■Marketing & Event Support: Assist with marketing efforts, support in the planning and execution of events as and when required - Coordinate event activities and manage client responses
- ■Quality Assurance: Support the business with adherence to quality procedures.
- ■Training:Training and Support will be provided for ALL of the systems we use
What we expect of you?
- ■Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- ■SharePoint Management: Site maintenance and updates, document library management
- ■Basic IT Troubleshooting: Ability to resolve minor IT issues and familiarity with IT support processes
- ■Education: BTEC in Business Administration is preferred but not essential.
- ■Attributes: Keen, enthusiastic to learn and develop, confident with good interpersonal skills, good MS Suite skills and a desire to develop further IT competency and business process workflows. Eager to understand and optimise basic technical services.
Reporting Structure: The Secretarial Support Assistant will report to the Admin Team Lead, who will help to coordinate their time & tasks across the business as required.
