岗位描述Job Descriptions:

  • 通过市场调研及内部合规数据库,梳理和跟踪新能源行业光储充、输配电、机械设备等产品出口趋势以及各国市场准入合规要求,涉及重点出口市场包括但不限于欧盟、东南亚、中东及拉美等。Conduct market research and leverage internal compliance databases to analyze and track export trends and market access requirements for products such as solar-storage-charging systems, power transmission and distribution equipment, and machinery in New Energy Industry. Key target markets include, but are not limited to, the EU, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America,etc.
  • 聚焦负责的目标市场,与产品工程及技术团队紧密合作,明确相关产品对应出口国的市场准入合规路径,包括相关产品法规要求、技术标准要求、发证机构要求以及其他准入规范等。Focus on the assigned target markets and work closely with the product engineering and technical teams to define the market access compliance pathway for relevant products in the respective export countries, including applicable regulatory requirements, technical standards, certification body requirements, and other market compliance guidelines.
  • 开发并维护海外战略合作伙伴网络,包括集团内部当地分公司合作,外部政府监管机构、发证机构、当地代理及测试实验室等,以拓展补充国际市场准入服务能力。Develop and maintain an overseas strategic partner network, including collaboration with local subsidiaries within the group as well as external government regulatory authorities, certification bodies, local representatives, and testing laboratories, in order to expand and strengthen international market access service capabilities.
  • 联合战略合作伙伴,共同制定目标市场准入解决方案,包括合规路径设计,技术规范要求,服务流程报价及交付等。Collaborate with strategic partners to jointly develop market access solutions for target markets, including compliance pathway design, technical specification requirements, service process and pricing proposals and deliverables.
  • 协同产品销售及工程团队,开拓大客户国际市场准入业务,建立并维护长期战略合作伙伴关系,并完成所负责产品或市场的业绩增长指标。Collaborate with the product sales and engineering teams to develop international market access business for key accounts, establish and maintain long-term strategic partnerships, and achieve the growth targets for the assigned products or markets.
  • Job Requirements 岗位要求:

  • 教育背景:法律法规、能源、电力、电子、自动化、机械或英语等相关专业本科及以上学历。
  • Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Law and Regulations, Electricity, Electronics, Automation, Machinery or English related majors.

  • 语言要求:英语读写佳、口语表达熟练,要求英语专业八级或海外留学背景。
  • Language Requirements: Strong English reading and writing skills with fluent spoken English. TEM-8 or Overseas study experience.

  • 工作经验:至少3年以工作经验,有商务及大客户经理相关工作经验,有海外客户开发或机构合作项目经验。检测检验与认证行业、新能源行业工作经验优先考虑。
  • Work Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience. Experience in business development and key account management is required. Experience in overseas client development or institutional cooperation projects is preferred. Prior experience in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry or the new energy sector is a plus

  • Work Attitude: Diligent and hardworking, willing to accept short-term business travel, proactive, and result-oriented in accomplishing tasks.

  • 专业技能:有较强的客户关系建立与维护能力,出色的沟通力,跨部门协作能力,项目主导与管理技能,优秀的PPT/文档呈现能力,有AI工具使用及搭建技能优先考虑。
  • Professional Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, excellent communication skills, cross-department collaboration capability, project leadership and management skills, and outstanding PPT/document presentation skills. Experience in using and building AI tools is preferred.
