Job Description
+ Conduct auditing jobs including:
- ■Plan, prepare and carry out audits in compliance with the accreditation requirements.
- ■Coordinate schedule and audit plan with customer and or with auditor team.
- ■Collect and analyse data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, fraud or noncompliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
- ■Might lead the audit in the function of the lead auditor role assigned.
- ■Record strengths, deviations, recommendations and evidence viewed.
- ■Create audit documentation and audit reports.
- ■Prepare, explain audit findings and recommend solutions to auditee.
+ Manage client expectations and services delivery according to TRG policy and procedures.
+ Respond to customer enquiries regarding Systems services and whenever necessary, keep sharing information to Sales and Operation team main concerns of customers.
+ Stay updated the related market regulations and technical requirements; continuously study and inform the sales team about major changes of those.
Experience & Further Qualifications
- ■At least 4 years’ experience including 2 years working for QC/QA or ISO Management team.
- ■Experience of performing audit such as internal audit, second party audit, third party audit.
- ■Experience of working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential and dealing with high position people.
- ■High analytical/ observation/ problem solving, statistic and analytical skills.
- ■Good presentation, time and project management skills.
- ■Good command of both spoken and written English, MS office
