Job Summary
In connection with the expansion of the company's activities in project management, construction supervision and consulting we are looking to hire an ambitious, creative and highly motivated professional for the position of Business Development Manager - Infrastructure & Project Supervision.
Job Description
- ■Steering the development of both lead customers and major sales channels and establish sustainable relations accordingly
- ■Identification and qualification of relevant business leads
- ■Development of opportunities in alignment and collaboration with our international lead- and excellence team and our local entities and representatives
- ■Monitoring of market trends, conduct research and continuously align our market strategy based on strategic conclusions
- ■Coordination, steering and guide of local business development with local and international sales and proposal activities
- ■Develop new business, customers and partnership in the fields of project supervision, project management and engineering consulting in infrastructure, civil and industrial construction industries.
- ■Maintain and lead proposal management requirements within international environment and define winning strategy to international proposal management team
Experience & Further Qualifications
- ■Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the construction industry, infrastructure or Oil & Gas/chemicals, pipelines.
- ■Master/ bachelor degree in civil engineering (or other relevant engineering).
- ■Experienced in project management and international project supervision.
- ■Good relationship with authorities, asset developers, asset owners and investors in Bulgaria for local business development.
- ■Knowledge in the Bulgarian legislation (Spatial Planning Act and related law).
- ■Good level of writing and speaking in English.
- ■Qualification in the construction industry will be an advantage.
- ■Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- ■Driving license cat. B.
- ■Strong negotiating and managing skills.
- ■Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
