Job Description
• Develop and manage MEPF models from LOD 200 to LOD 500 using Revit and Navisworks
• Coordinate MEPF systems with architectural and structural disciplines to identify and resolve clashes
• Perform clash detection and generate clash reports using Navisworks Manage
• Create and maintain BIM deliverables including 3D models, 2D drawings, shop drawings, and as-built models
• Work with MEPF consultants and contractors to incorporate design changes and updates in the model
• Ensure all BIM models adhere to project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), industry standards, and company protocols
• Support in developing and updating families, templates, and libraries for Revit MEPF
• Contribute to project documentation, including model audits, quality checks, and model reviews
• Assist in quantity takeoffs and extraction of BOQs from the BIM model when required
• Collaborate with site and design teams to ensure constructability and coordination on-site
HSE
• Ensure adherence to the HSE roles, responsibilities & accountabilities as defined in MS-0047700-HSE Roles Responsibilities & Authorities
• Comply and ensure implementation of the company’s and the customer’s Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Process requirements
Experience & Further Qualifications
- ■3-5 years of professional experience in related area.
