Job Description
- ■Research and identify new business opportunities including new growth areas, market trends, customers, partnerships, and services in SEA (Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia);
- ■Foster and develop relationships with customers;
- ■Enable business of international buyers;
- ■Understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these;
- ■Generate leads and cold call prospective customers;
- ■Meet with customers/clients face to face or online;
- ■Maintain accurate and documented sales pipelines of opportunities (prospects and suspects) and provide appropriate communication of such to Sales and Marketing Manager;
- ■Developing and implementing strategic business plan and marketing plan for respective business fields;
- ■Conduct market research, information analysis and consolidation for business development projects;
- ■Carry out other specified duties and functions as directed by supervisor.
Experience & Further Qualifications
+ Business Development/ Business Administration background or equivalent work experience.
+ At least 5 years’ experience working in TIC Industry preferably Softlines Background.
+ Understanding of the competitive TIC landscape in Vietnam.
+ Sufficient territory planning ability to identify and prioritize opportunities.
+ Fluent in English skills.

- Electrical: Testing and certification of electrical and electronic products, from household appliances to industrial control systems.
- Solar & Commercial: Quality assurance and certification of photovoltaic modules, inverters, and commercial technical installations.
- Medical: Comprehensive testing and certification for medical devices, from diagnostic equipment to implants, including regulatory consulting.
