Job Description

  • Responsible in implementation and maintenance of local level quality-accreditation management system in accordance with ISO 9001 standard, applicable ISO/IEC 170xx accreditation standard(s) and corporate quality-accreditation management system requirements in all TÜV Rheinland (TR) locations of the legal entity /entities.
  • Responsible to report status and performance of quality-accreditation management system as and when necessary to local top management.
  • Ensure all local level management system documents of all departments are controlled and maintained as per the global document control process requirements in EtQ document control online module.
  • Responsible to conduct formal review in the EtQ document control online module for local documents.
  • Responsible to share communications received from global office QHSE regarding global quality-accreditation process updates and revision updates of related document(s) with local level employees / department managers.
  • Ensure all business fields operated in the legal entity are only using global manual integrated management system and maintain local level management statements on legal entity level (and business field level as needed).
  • Ensure records retention period has been defined for all management system records of all departments and documented in the list of retention period and maintained in global level SharePoint as per the requirements of global document control process requirements.
  • Ensure all accreditations, certifications, memberships / authorizations are registered and maintained up to date in the accreditation road map in accordance with the global main process accreditation management.
  • Responsible to identify quality-accreditation management system related training needs and to deliver such trainings to employees as per the annual training plan(s).
  • Responsible to deliver quality-accreditation related induction trainings to all newly joined employees.
  • Ensure technical issues identified for quality-accreditation online tools (for example EtQ modules, salesforce) are resolved by obtaining support from ROQHSE / global level online tool module owners.

Experience & Further Qualifications

  • Having the university degree or above in Quality Management or related discipline is considered as value addition.

  • Over 5 years of experience in QM-Accreditation role in total in which 1- 2 years of hands-on experience in implementation & maintenance in accordance with ISO 9001 and applicable ISO/IEC 170xx standards requirements.

  • Thorough knowledge on ISO 9001 standards requirements

  • Thorough knowledge on different ISO/ IEC 170xx accreditation requirements

  • Experience in internal audit process

  • Good knowledge and experience of statutory legislation and regulations

  • Good documentation skills

  • Good English (good command of written and spoken)

  • Good communication Skills

  • Being helpful, respectful, approachable
