Job Description：

本岗位属于 TÜV Rheinland “逐茵计划”暑期实习生项目，面向大三及研二的准应届生开放。我们希望通过真实业务实践、导师带教和阶段性反馈，提前识别并培养适合莱茵的未来人才。实习表现优秀且评估通过的同学，将有机会在正式校招启动前提前获得正式 Offer，并可在毕业前继续实习，逐步衔接毕业后的正式入职。

协助工程师开展各类设备现场安全检验、核验及风险评估；依据国内外标准核查设备安全配置、运行状态与防护装置合规性，精准记录现场设备参数、安全隐患及运行工况。

Support for Machine Safety Inspection

Assist engineers in conducting on-site safety inspections, verifications, and risk assessments of various equipment; verify the safety configuration, operational status, and compliance of protective devices in accordance with international and domestic standards; and accurately record on-site equipment parameters, safety hazards, and operational conditions.

负责现场原始检验数据、现场照片、记录表的整理归档；协助工程师起草、校对、排版设备安全检验报告及合规评估报告，保证数据准确、逻辑通顺、格式符合规范要求。

Report & Document Preparation

Responsible for organizing and archiving raw on-site inspection data, photographs, and record forms. Assist engineers in drafting, proofreading, and formatting equipment safety inspection reports and compliance assessment reports, ensuring that report data is accurate, logically coherent, and formatted according to standardization requirements.

协助搜集、整理、更新设备安全相关国内外标准（ISO、IEC、欧盟 CE、国标 GB 等）及法规、行业规范。

Standard & Regulation Update

Assist in collecting, organizing, and updating domestic and international standards related to equipment safety (including ISO, IEC, EU CE, and Chinese GB standards), as well as relevant regulations and industry norms.

配合检验认证项目全流程工作，涵盖项目前期筹备、资料交接、进度跟进与数据核对，保障项目顺利交付。

Project Coordination Support

Support the full-cycle operation of inspection and certification projects, including project preparation, document handover, progress tracking and data verification to ensure smooth project delivery.

协助部门日常技术支撑工作，整理内部培训资料、汇总项目案例，完成其他交办事项。

Other Support

Assist with daily departmental technical support, organize internal training materials, compile case studies, and perform other related support tasks.

Job Requirement

Long-term internship availability is preferred, 3 days per week

Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electric Engineering, Mechatronics, Safety Engineering or similar

Good command of technical English; at least CET 6 or equal

Proficient in Office software for data analysis and report formatting

Available for on-site fieldwork and short-term business trips

Strong learning ability, strong adaptability

Basic understanding of equipment safety, industrial inspection and compliance certification; capable of basic drawing reading, data sorting and problem analysis would be a plus

Internship experience in Electronic, SEMI, Li-ion Battery, Automotive, TIC industries OR machine safety related experience would be a plus

Experience in PLC program /software development would be a plus

Second foreign language would be a plus
