Job Highlights

  • Provide internal support to the sales team in managing administrative tasks and sales processes
  • Assist with creating and processing internal sales documents
  • Maintain and update internal databases and records
  • Support with financial tasks, including handling outstanding invoices and tracking payments

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and process internal sales documents, such as sales orders, sales contracts, and purchase orders
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales documents, including pricing, quantities, and product details
  • Maintain and update internal databases and records, including client information, sales activities, and order status
  • Assist in tracking and managing outstanding invoices, monitor payment status, and follow up as needed
  • Generate internal sales reports and provide analysis to support decision-making
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and organizing sales-related documentation

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or administration is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills for effective task prioritization
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, to create and maintain sales documents and reports
  • Basic knowledge of finance and accounting principles to handle outstanding invoices
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks within deadlines
  • Problem-solving skills to address internal inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Able to work at least 3 days per week (Mon-Fri)
