For the development of our Oil & Gas Industrial Inspections Business Unit, we are currently looking for a Senior Inspection and Expediting Coordinator.
Job Description
- ■Receives and reviews client requests based on existing frame agreements and/or contracts for inspection and expediting activities.
- ■Identifies suitable external and/or internal collaborators for the activity requested by clients.
- ■Communicates effectively with collaborators, checks their availability, and provides clarification regarding the technical conditions requested by existing clients.
- ■Assigns tasks to selected resources.
- ■Monitors the performance of the activities carried out by the selected collaborators.
- ■Reviews, verifies, and forwards reports to clients, and supports them in case of clarification requests.
- ■Checks and manages external resources’ timesheets, sharing them with clients.
Requirements
- ■Excellent command of English (C1).
- ■At least 5 years of experience in the same role.

Salary
- ■Salary range: € 34.000 - €39.000 gross annual salary (14 months)
