Job Responsibilities 岗位职责
■Be responsible for testing laboratory products and samples, including test case design, plan formulation and execution to ensure accurate test results.负责实验室产品、样品测试工作，完成测试用例设计、计划制定与执行，保证测试结果准确无误。
■Skilled in operating laboratory testing instruments, undertake daily cleaning, calibration and basic maintenance to guarantee normal equipment operation.熟练操作各类实验室测试仪器，做好仪器日常清洁、校准与基础养护工作，保障设备稳定运行。
■Accurately record test data, sort out test reports, analyze test results and put forward reasonable optimization suggestions.精准录入测试数据，编制整理测试报告，研判分析检测结果，并给出可行改进意见。
■Manage test samples, complete receiving, registration, pretreatment and filing to prevent sample damage and confusion.统筹测试样品管理，完成样品接收、登记、预处理与归档，杜绝样品损毁、混放问题。
■Assist in optimizing testing procedures and verifying test methods to improve overall testing efficiency.协助优化测试作业流程，参与测试方法验证工作，提升整体测试工作效率。
■Abide by laboratory safety regulations and finish other relevant work assigned by superiors.严格遵守实验室安全管理制度，完成上级安排的其他各项工作任务。
Job Requirements 任职要求
■Bachelor degree or above in science and engineering majors; relevant testing experience is preferred, outstanding fresh graduates are acceptable.本科及以上学历，理工科相关专业，具备相关测试工作经验者优先，优秀应届毕业生亦可应聘。
■CET-4 or above, capable of reading English test standards and instrument manuals proficiently.大学英语四级及以上水平，可熟练读懂英文测试标准与仪器操作说明书。
■Solid theoretical knowledge of testing, able to independently design test cases and conduct testing work.掌握扎实的测试专业理论，能够独立完成测试用例设计与实操测试工作。
■Strong practical ability and quick adaptability to laboratory working environment.实操动手能力良好，能够快速适应实验室办公作业环境。
■Meticulous and responsible working attitude, with good communication skills and learning capacity.工作认真严谨、责任心强，具备良好沟通协作与自主学习能力。
■Candidates with relevant testing certificates and familiarity with industry standards are preferred.持有相关专业测试证书、熟悉行业规范标准者优先录用。
