Job Responsibilities 岗位职责：
1.Handling customer’s enquiries, creating test plan, managing projects, checking and signing the test reports处理客户的询问,创建测试计划,管理项目,检查并签署测试报告
2.Providing the internal and external customers excellent services to achieve the highest possible degree of customer satisfaction and reach sales target together with Sales department提供优质的内外部客户服务以达到最高的客户满意度，与销售部门一起达到销售目标
3.Creating, implementing standard quality documents, ensure that accreditations for existing and new business are maintained by working closely with QMR 创建及实施标准的质量文件,确保现有业务及新业务与QMR的密切合作
4.Cooperating with Sales and Marketing department for technical support, updating information of related new regulations, customer care (seminar, training）为销售和市场部门提供技术支持，更新相关的法规信息,提供客户关怀(研讨会、培训)
5.Finish the other works arranged by Supervisor 完成其他上级布置的任务

Job Requirements任职要求：

1.Bachelor degree & Specialized in Chemical or other subjects化学或其它相关专业本科以上学历
2.Above 3 years working experiences in related industry or majority is a plus 3年以上相关行业工作经验者优先考虑
3.Familiar with principle of related chemical standards, chemical test, lab experience is preferred 熟悉相关化学标准、化学测试，有实验室工作经验者优先考虑
4.Command of English , Proficient in MS tools 英语良好，熟练操作Office系统
5.Good communication and presentation skill 良好的沟通和表达能力
