Job Descriptions:
1.Execute human factors and user experience test tasks according to experimental protocols and project requirements.

2.Prepare test environment, operate experimental equipment, and ensure that the testing process follows standard procedures.
负责测试环境的准备与设备操作，确保实验过程严格遵循标准流程
3.Guide and communicate with test participants, explain experimental tasks, and ensure smooth progress of testing sessions.

4.Record and organize experimental data and participant feedback accurately and in a timely manner.

5.Assist senior engineers with basic data entry, documentation, and report preparation as needed.

Job Requirements:
1.College degree or above, preferably in psychology, management, or related fields.
大专及以上学历，心理学、管理类等相关专业优先
2.Must possess intermediate to advanced driving skills, a valid driver’s license, and at least 3 years of actual driving experience with a cumulative mileage of no less than 20,000 km.
必须具备中级及以上驾驶水平和有效驾驶证，具有至少3年实际驾驶经验，累计行驶里程不少于2万公里
3.Basic proficiency in Excel and Word, capable of data entry, simple statistics, and document formatting.
具备Excel和Word基础操作能力，可进行数据录入、简单统计和文档整理
4.Detail-oriented and patient, with strong sense of responsibility and ability to follow instructions accurately.
工作细致耐心、责任心强，能够准确执行指令和流程
5.Good communication skills, able to interact effectively with test participants and team members.

6.Emotionally stable and adaptable, able to handle repetitive tasks and maintain quality under pressure.

Priority conditions
1.Experience as a test operator, lab technician, or assistant in human factors or user research experiments.
有作为测试员、实验技术员或人因/用户研究实验助理的经验者优先
2.Experience with basic measurement devices (e.g., light meter, eye tracker, questionnaire platforms).
具备基础测量设备（如照度计、眼动仪、问卷平台）使用经验者优先
3.Familiarity with data recording, labeling, and log maintenance.
熟悉数据记录、标签管理及日志维护流程者优先
4.Experience participating in field testing scenarios such as in-vehicle tests, driving simulation environments, or real-world human factors experiments.
具备实车测试、驾驶模拟或真实人因实验场景经验者优先
5.At least 1 year of relevant work experience in testing, laboratory support, or product quality inspection.
