Job Descriptions:

1. Maintain and manage daily IT desktop systems, ensuring adherence to company standards for software installation and hardware asset management, including inventory, audits, and disposal.

负责日常IT桌面系统维护管理，据公司现有标准给计算机安装软件和硬件资产入库，盘点，处置等工作。

2. Respond to user-submitted IT requests, resolving operational issues with office equipment through on-site and remote support, encompassing hardware, applications, and network troubleshooting to support business continuity.

处理用户提交的IT请求，通过现场，远程等方式解决用户端日常办公设备运行问题，包括硬件，应用及网络问题的诊断和排除，支持业务连续性。

3. Oversee the installation, modification, and routine maintenance of integrated Cabling, ACS, VSS, and audio-video equipment for the local office.

负责本地公司的综合布线，门禁，监控，音视频设备的建立，改造和日常维护。

5. Manage the daily operations of the local IT room, providing local support for GCN/Global IT services and projects.

负责本地IT机房的日常管理工作，对GCN/Global的IT服务和IT项目提供本地支持。

6. Possess knowledge of quality and information security systems, participating in related audits.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer-related fields, with over 5 years of experience in IT service and maintenance. Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues with office equipment and computer software.

本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上IT服务运维经验，熟悉日常办公设备和电脑软件的故障检测及排除。

2. Familiarity with mainstream operating systems, including the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of common office software, peripherals, and mail clients (e.g., Windows 11, Office 365, Teams, etc.).

熟悉主流操作系统，了解常见办公软件和外设的安装、配置、排障，以及邮件客户端的调试及安装；如Windows11， office 365, Teams等。

3. Master the knowledge related to computer networks and understand the use of various network devices.

掌握计算机网络相关知识，了解各种网络设备的使用。

4. Demonstrated professionalism, adhering to company policies and management directives. and Ability to actively respond to and complete assigned tasks, as well as lead a team to achieve project goals.

具备良好的职业素养，遵守公司各项规章制度，服从上级管理要求；能够积极响应并完成分配的工作任务，也能带领团队完成项目目标。

5. Good at English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; IT support experience in international enterprises and holding PMP, ITIL and other related certificates are preferred.

具备良好的英语听、说、读、写能力；有国际企业IT支持工作经验及持PMP、ITIL等相关证书者优先。
